### Unlocking the Flippers
To get your hands on the Flippers, you’ll need to first complete the “Power Up the Gate” quest. Once accomplished, the island opens up for further exploration. Your next step is to locate Keroppi in the Swamp region, typically found strolling through Lilypad Lagoon. Present Keroppi with his Welcome Gift, and you’ll trigger the “Finding Flippers” quest.
### Unlocking the Snorkel
The Snorkel is your gateway to exploring the underwater depths. Although it appears later in the game, obtaining it is straightforward. The key is to initiate the Deep Diving quest. Here’s how you can do it:

### Diving Underwater
With the Snorkel acquired, diving becomes a breeze. Simply leap into any deep body of water. You’ll see a set of icons on the right of your screen, guiding you on how to dive.
Playing with a controller? The right stick lets you adjust your dive depth, while the left stick maneuvers you horizontally. For PC users, hold Ctrl and Shift to move up and down, and use the arrow keys for lateral movement.
Keep an eye on your stamina bar—it dictates how long you can remain submerged. Once it runs out, you’ll automatically return to the surface. While your dive depth is limited by stamina, you won’t suffer any adverse effects from resurfacing.
