Following three Expansion Pack updates this past October, November has brought a standalone game to the regular tier of Switch Online libraries.
Players can now dive back into the classic nostalgia of Donkey Kong Land, originally released in 1995, in the Game Boy library. It’s a specially crafted version for the Game Boy, based on the original Donkey Kong Country, which marks its 30th anniversary this week—a milestone that’s sure to evoke some fond memories for fans.
This update marks the first enhancement to the basic tier since a batch of SNES titles was introduced in September. It’s also the first time the Game Boy library sees new additions since the entire Mega Man series was included back in June.
