To get started with downloading beta versions of Apple’s operating systems, just make sure you log in to the Apple Developer Center with your Apple ID at least once. You don’t need to pay for the Apple Developer Program, but you do have to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement terms.
Once you’ve got that sorted, pop over to your headset, then go to Settings, tap on General, and head over to Software Update. From there, choose Beta Updates and pick “visionOS 2 Developer Beta.”
Keep in mind, jumping into a beta operating system isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ll be dealing with bugs and potential instability, and there’s always a slight risk it could mess up your device to the point of needing a factory reset. Plus, some apps might not cooperate. On the bright side, though, you’ll get to explore the latest features and tweaks ahead of everyone else.
